The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and Advicely does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free operation.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

To use Advicely, you must:

Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
Own or have authorization to access a supported e-commerce store
Provide accurate, current, and complete account information
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Be responsible for all activity occurring under your account

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and platform terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Attempt to access, probe, or compromise our systems or security
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

You retain full ownership of your store data at all times. Advicely does not sell your data or use it for advertising purposes.

5.2 Conversation Storage

To provide the Service, improve response quality, ensure continuity, and enhance system performance, Advicely stores conversation history and related analytical context securely in its databases.

This data may be used to:

Maintain conversational context
Improve AI models and system accuracy
Diagnose errors and improve reliability

5.3 Security Standards

Advicely applies industry-standard security measures to protect data, including encryption, access controls, and secure infrastructure practices. While no system can guarantee absolute security, we take commercially reasonable steps to safeguard your information.

Certain data may be processed by trusted service providers and infrastructure partners solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service, subject to strict confidentiality and security obligations.

6. Subscription, Billing, and Payments

Advicely is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing:

You agree to pay all applicable fees displayed at checkout
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before renewal
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law
Pricing may change with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account

Taxes, duties, or platform fees may apply and are the responsibility of the user. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

7. AI-Generated Advisory Disclaimer

Advicely provides AI-generated insights, explanations, and recommendations based on available data and statistical and machine-learning models.

You acknowledge and agree that:

AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated
Advicely does not guarantee correctness, completeness, or results
Advicely does not provide legal, financial, tax, or professional advice
You are solely responsible for decisions made based on the Service

All business decisions remain entirely your responsibility. Advicely shall not be liable for any losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, text, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Advicely and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advicely shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated content
Decisions or actions taken based on the Service

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue use.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Advicely, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:

Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights or platform terms

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will immediately cease.
