Advicely provides an AI-powered chat advisor service that integrates with e-commerce platforms (Shopify and Wix) to help store owners analyze and understand their products, inventory, orders, and sales data through natural language conversations. The service uses artificial intelligence to process and interpret your store data.

3. User Accounts

To use Advicely, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have an active Shopify or Wix store account
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person

5. Data Access and Usage

By connecting your Shopify or Wix store, you grant Advicely permission to access your store data including products, inventory, orders, and sales information. This data is used solely to provide you with insights and analysis through our AI chat service. We do not sell your data to third parties. You retain all ownership rights to your data.

6. Subscription and Payment

Advicely operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing:

• You agree to pay the subscription fees as displayed at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

7. AI-Generated Insights

The insights and analysis provided by Advicely are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, the AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should verify important information and not rely solely on AI-generated insights for critical business decisions. Advicely is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

8. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Advicely and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advicely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
